Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy. (For Holiday Home, RID 4418377)

Shareholders may cancel his/her booking prior to the slot date. Necessary refunds of the Booking amount are to be made, subject to the following conditions:

a) A 10% service charge on the booking amount will be deducted

b) The refund will only be made if the cancelled slot is rebooked by another shareholder

c) The refund will be made after the expiry of the slot date

d) The Refund application must be submitted to the respective branches or via the mail ID, along with the booking slip and cancellation slip

e) An SMS will be sent to shareholders who cancelled their booking once their slot is rebooked.

f) Society will notify the changes through notice from time to time
