Scheme Guidelines & Eligibility

The fund operates under a strictly regulated capitalization and disbursement model to ensure long-term sustainability and compliance:

• Scope of Assistance: Financial reimbursement for educational purpose of one child per shareholder per academic year.
• Eligible Institutions: Students must be actively pursuing education at a recognized School, College, University, or Technical Institute.
• Disbursement Amount: As decided by the Competent Authority, depending on the availability of Welfare Fund and the overall number of valid applications received for that particular Financial Year.

Application & Submission Process

Eligible shareholders are invited to submit their applications during the open application window using the prescribed form, which is available for download on the official website or at any Society branch. To ensure successful processing, please adhere to the following checklist:

• Official Endorsement: Applications must be fully completed and forwarded by the applicant's Controlling Officer / Sr. Sub-ordinate (bearing their Official Seal)
• Academic Proof: Submission requires official supporting documents proving the student's active enrollment for the current academic year along with Money Receipts of Tution Fees, Books, etc.
• Banking Information: Attach a legible photocopy of a cancelled cheque or First Page of Bank passbook clearly showing the Member’s Name, Bank Account Number, and IFSC code.

For your convenience and security, all approved grants will be disbursed exclusively via NEFT.
